Every suitcase in the Aviator collection has a 70% recycled polycarbonate exterior sourced from certified post-consumer material. Handles and trim are 100% recycled, the lining and interior straps are 100% recycled polyester. Zips run on YKK Natulon® tape, made from 100% recycled material, with aluminum pulls. Every wheel, handle, and lock is designed for repair, so the suitcase itself doesn't have to be replaced.

The Carry-On is made for the light packer: a long weekend, a quick city break or a trip where every piece earns its place. The Carry-On Plus gives you a little more room without the need to check in a bag, with space for an extra pair of shoes, another evening look or the souvenirs you pick up along the way. Choose the Carry-On to travel light, or the Plus for room to spare.

Tested Before You Travel

Zip Testing
Every zip is pulled to 113kg of lateral force and cycled 500 times, so it won’t split open mid-transit, even when it’s fully packed.
Handle Testing
Every suitcase is lifted, dropped and vibrated by the handle thousands of times under a 30kg load, simulating years of baggage handling, use in overhead lockers and hauling up and down stairs.
Wheel Testing
Every wheel runs 16km continuously over four hours, under a 30kg load. Built to handle cobbles, ramps, travelators and train platforms.
Drop Testing
Dropped repeatedly from 30cm at room temperature, and from up to 89cm after being chilled to -12°C, when materials are most prone to cracking, simulating rough handling on the tarmac and baggage carousels in any climate.
Trim Testing
Our recycled trim is rubbed 500 times and flexed 50,000 times to mimic years of friction against airport floors, luggage racks, and everyday handling.
